PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a new rail rapidly by opening the fixing place of the new rail and superposing all of a plurality of blocking plates disposed to both side sections in the longitudinal direction of a temporary scaffold on the temporary scaffold when the new rail is fixed onto a new sleeper.
SOLUTION: The temporary scaffold 14 for the track length is composed of tabular scaffolds 16, 18 covering regions outer than the fixing places of new rails 12a, 12b and a tabular temporary scaffold 20 covering the inside region. A plurality of blocking plates 36 in the temporary scaffold 20 are connected rotatably through hinge members in the longitudinal direction of rectangular frame bodies, and size from the inner edges on the hinge member sides of each blocking plate 36 to outer edges is set in length, in which the fixing opening sections of the new rails 12a, 12b are blocked and can be extended up to the temporary scaffolds 16, 18. Both end sections in the longitudinal direction of the temporary scaffolds 16, 18 are placed on the edge sections of main scaffolding boards 8 and a new sleeper 10c, and regions outer than the fixing places of the new rails 12a, 12b are covered. All the blocking plates 36 are superposed onto expanded metal plates, and the new rails 12a, 12b are fixed at opened positions.
