Title:
TENNIS RACKET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3442672
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress both of the in-plane vibration and out-of-plane vibration and to improve the impact absorption.
SOLUTION: A vibration inhibiting material 10 is mounted near a position of a large amplitude generated on a racket frame 1 at hitting a ball, and the vibration inhibiting material 10 comprises a mass addition material having integral or divisional both sides in the width direction and the thickness direction of the racket frame, an viscoelastic material 12 connecting the mass addition material to the racket frame, and a spring or/and an attenuator. On this occasion, the viscoelastic material, the spring or/and the attenuator comprise a width direction connecting part for connecting the width direction part of the mass addition material and the racket frame, and a thickness direction connecting part for connecting the both sides in the thickness direction of the mass addition material and the racket frame. Accordingly the vibration inhibiting material 10 absorbs the in-plane vibration, the out-of-plane vibration and the impact added to a grip.
