Title:
TENSION ADDING DEVICE FOR SUPERCONDUCTOR WIRE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5479587
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to give any tension to a wire material at the time of winding, and to keep on giving tension to the material invariably even if a bobbin stops, by a tension adding device composed of two rotary belts. CONSTITUTION:Wire material 2 is arranged between drum 5 and bobbin 4, and inserted between two rotary belts 8. Rotary belts 8 are driven by motor 16. Wire material 2 is carried at a speed determined by the rotation speed of bobbin 4, and when a current is fed to main coil 14 in order to magnetize ferromagnetic materials 12 and 13 with U-shaped section, the both are pulled mutually to allow wire material 2 to be put between rotary belts 8, so that wire material 2 will be given tension through dynamic friction. The tension can be adjusted to any value by controlling the number of times of rotations of motor 16. Consequently, while wire material 2 is wound around bobbin 4, it is given tension invariably through dynamic friction and even if the bottin 4 stops rotating, wire material 2 is given tension invariably, so that there will be no change in tension.
