Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a time lag of control almost zero by controlling tension of a sheet between a web and a feed roll by a first AC servomotor and tension of a sheet between the feed roll and a surface roll by a second/third AC servomotor.
SOLUTION: In control of tension of a sheet 2 between a web 1 and a feed roll 40, only a current value of a first AC servomotor 12 is controlled, rotational torque applied to the web 1 can be obtained as rotational torque corresponding to a desired tension value thereof. In control of tension of a sheet 3 between the feed roll 40 and a surface roll 90, a second AC servomotor 41 driving the feed roll 40 and a third AC servomotor 91 driving the surface roll 90 are provided. Rotation of each roll is controlled by voltage control of these AC servomotors or by digital control with a pulse train.
