Title:
TENSION INSPECTING DEVICE FOR BELT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3257172
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To quickly and precisely inspect whether the tension of a belt is proper or not.
CONSTITUTION: A tension inspecting device 20 has a hammering mechanism 21 for hammering a belt 17, and a frequency detecting device 22 for detecting the vibration frequency of the hammered belt. The hammering mechanism 21 has a cylinder 36; a pitching rod 40 provided in such a manner as to be movable in the axial direction of the cylinder 36; a return spring built in the cylinder 36; a turning body 60 having a hammer arm 66 for hammering the pitching rod 40; a spring for energizing the rotating body 60; a driving member 58 for rotating the hammer arm 66 in the direction of a strike preparing position, and an actuator 55. The frequency detecting device 22 has an acceleration pickup 91, an FFT analyzer 92, and the like, and judges that the tension of the belt 17 is proper when the detected vibration frequency of the belt 17 is within a prescribed standard value range.
