PURPOSE: To facilitate insertion of a slit coil in a belt bridle device and a tension pad device of tensioner device and ensure easy maintenance by providing a plate communication guide in the bridle device part when the pad device is used, and allowing easy plate communication between the upper and lower pads of the pad device when the bridle device is used.

CONSTITUTION: A belt bridle device 2 and a tension pad device 1 are installed rigidly on a machine table 6. The machine table 6 travels on a base 4 through the action of a cylinder 9 and moves in the C direction, when the cylinder rod is protruded, to form a space between the bridle device 2 and a deflect roll device 3, which should facilitate belt replacement on the bridle device 2. The upper pad 13 and lower pad 14 are pulled up by another cylinder 15, and a separator device 7 is shifted by a cylinder 12 to near in front of the bridle device 2, and thus a slit coil is carried thereinto smoothly.
