Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioner capable of reducing machining burden or assembling burden, keeping tensioner performance constant, and collecting the sufficient amount of oil, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A tensioner is equipped with a plunger 20; a housing 30; an inner sleeve 40; a check valve 50; and energizing means 60. The inner sleeve 40 has a cylindrical body portion 41 functioning its inside as an oil storage chamber 13, a sleeve bottom portion 42 formed at one end of the cylindrical body portion 41, an oil hole 43 formed at the sleeve bottom portion 42, and a ball seat portion 44 which is integrally continued from an end portion from the oil hole 43, cylindrically projected out toward a pressure oil chamber 12 side, and making a check ball 51 seated thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
