Abstract:

To provide a terahertz camera and an electronic apparatus which enable electromagnetic waves that are not directly incident on an electromagnetic wave absorber to contribute to electromagnetic waves detection, so as to improve detection accuracy.

A pyroelectric detector 200 includes a pyroelectric detection element 220, an electromagnetic wave absorber 270, a support member 210, support parts 100, 104, and a reflector 160. The pyroelectric detection element 220 supported by the support member 210 includes a capacitor 230 whose polarization quantity changes depending on temperature. The electromagnetic wave absorber 270 covers an apex of the pyroelectric detection element and has a wider area than the area of the capacitor in a plan view. The reflector 160 is arranged around the pyroelectric detection element and reflects incident electromagnetic waves toward the electromagnetic wave absorber.
