Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terahertz continuous wave generation element in the form of a single element by using an optical element integrated technology.SOLUTION: A terahertz continuous wave generation element includes a plurality of laser light sources 100 generating a plurality of laser light beams, and an absorption region 200 formed between the laser light sources 100 in order to adjust interaction of the plurality of laser light beams. The absorption region 200 is embodied in a form where a photodiode is formed, and a terahertz antenna is integrated in the photodiode.
