To provide a terminal arranged perpendicular to contact face and a power cable terminating joint using the same which have no angular restriction in the axial direction at a time of attachment, hardly needs labor or time for arrangement, in which a connecting space can be reduced and which is excellent in strength.

In a fixing terminal for fixing the conductor pull-out bar of a power cable end part and a pressurized terminal for compressively connecting a lead-wire, the respective connecting parts of the fixing terminals and the pressurized terminal are constituted so as to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the power cable. At the power cable terminating joint which is formed by connecting the fixing terminal for fixing the conductor pull-out bar of the power cable end part and the pressurized terminal for compressively connecting the lead wire, the respective connecting parts of the fixing terminals and the pressurized terminal are constituted so as to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the power cable.
