To provide a terminal box for a solar cell module which can dissipate heat generated by a diode effectively.
A box body includes a bottom wall 11, a sidewall 12 standing from the bottom wall 11, and an opening formed on the side facing the bottom wall 11. A plurality of terminal boards 3, with which output lines from a solar cell module are connected, are placed on the bottom wall 11. A bypass diode 5 is disposed between adjoining terminal boards 3. The terminal board 3 includes a heat dissipation part 34 formed at the end on the side of a first longitudinal direction, and is located so that the heat dissipation part 34 comes into surface contact with the inner surface of the sidewall 12. The sidewall 12, with which the terminal board 3 comes into contact, includes a cover 14 covering the opening side of a contact part with the heat dissipation part 34, on the inner surface.
