To solve the following problem that a conventional terminal supply device uses a vibratory bowl feeder device for alignment transfer, and therefore, while a terminal component loaded at random is circulated within the vibratory bowl feeder device, foreign matter is attached thereto, and the foreign matter contributes to leakage current, failing to improve the quality of a capacitor into which the terminal component is incorporated.

In a mechanism, the vibratory bowl feeder device is not used for transferring the terminal component, and the terminal component is unloaded from a terminal component storage case having a shape from which the terminal component is easily unloaded, and transferred to a vibratory linear feeder device. This eliminates the probability that foreign matter attaches to the terminal component, and the capacitor into which the terminal component incorporated becomes less susceptible to leakage current, thereby improving the quality thereof.
