Abstract:
To provide a superconducting coil terminal connection structure in which superconducting performance is not degraded even when a superconducting wire material unit is formed by layering three or more superconducting wire materials.SOLUTION: The superconducting coil terminal connection structure includes: a superconducting coil 1 having an annular winding section 11 that is formed by layering three or more plate-like superconducting wire materials 121, 122, 123 to form a superconducting wire material unit A, and by winding the superconducting wire material unit A, and having a lead wire section 12 extended outward from the winding section 11; and a connection terminal 6 having a conductive terminal section 61 including a holding portion 66a for holding the lead wire section 12. The superconducting wire materials 121, 122, 123 constituting the superconducting wire material unit A respectively have contact portions 121S, 122S, 123S where at least one plate surface S of the lead wire section 12 comes into contact with the holding portion 66a so as to be electrically connected to the holding portion 66a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
