An IC card reader 3 receives user attribute information 41 maintained by receiving electric wave emitted from the IC card 4 which comes close in a predetermined distance. When the IC card reader 3 transmits the user attribution information 41 to the control device 1, the control device 1 transmits specific information in the user attribute information 41 to a speaker device 5 and reproduce the specific information by voice. The control device 1 also transmits the user attribution information 41 to the control device 1 and if other specific information has a predetermined value, display information is selected and transmitted to a display device 2. According to the information recorded in the IC card, the owner of the IC card can be paged by calling his/her name and guided to a place of a terminal device by voice. In addition, according to the information recorded in the IC card, display information can be selected and the displayed content can be explained by voice.
