To provide a terminal control system, an information processing terminal, a terminal control method and a program for ensuring the convenience for a user.

In a system wherein a terminal body and a key unit worn by the user makes near distance communication at all times and the terminal body is automatically locked at a point of time the terminal body and the key unit are apart from each other resulting in disabling the communication, when the terminal body and the key unit during the communication are apart from each other and the terminal body is automatically locked, authentication of the terminal body only is adopted for a condition of unlocking the lock, so that the risk of disabled unlocking of the locked terminal body can be avoided even when the key unit is stolen/lost after the terminal body is locked, and the convenience of the user can be ensured.
