PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal crimp tool which allows the uniform compression of the entire peripheral surface of an electric wire connection cylinder part of a terminal, and an electric wire with a tip having a terminal crimped thereto by the uniform compression of the peripheral surface without local biased pressure.SOLUTION: Terminal crimp blade bodies 21 for moving forward and backward toward a center c for crimping a terminal cylinder 11 are disposed on three directions to six directions of the center c. The crimp blade bodies 21 have a press projection 23 which is shorter than the length of the terminal cylinder 11 in an axial direction on a terminal press surface 22, respectively. The respective crimp blade bodies 21, and blade body press bodies 3 for pressing and moving the crimp blade bodies 21 to the center c are disposed independently for each blade body 21, and the respective blade bodies 21 are moved to the center simultaneously. The crimped terminal cylinder 11 is subjected to uniform compression from the entire peripheral surface to an electric wire k, so that without local deformation part and non-compressed part, and without danger of easy deviation and heat generation between the electric wire k and the terminal cylinder 11 even to long time vibration, the electric wire with a crimped terminal capable of being used safely for a long period is achieved.
