To provide techniques relating to a terminal device, a base station device, a communication method, and an integrated circuit that can efficiently communicate.SOLUTION: A terminal device communicating with a base station device includes: a reception unit for receiving an RRC reconfiguration message from the base station device; a transmission unit for transmitting an RRC reconfiguration completion message in response to the RRC reconfiguration message to the base station device; and a control unit for generating the RRC reconfiguration completion message. The terminal device generates the RRC reconfiguration completion message including information capable of identifying whether a measurement gap is necessary for measuring serving cell quality of a serving cell on the basis of first downlink bandwidth part (BWP) information on the serving cell and 0 or more pieces of second downlink BWP information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
