Abstract:
To provide a terminal device and a method applied to the terminal device that set an appropriate SCG state when performing RRC (Radio Resource Control) reconfiguration even if an RRC reconfiguration message is set, by determining whether the state of a secondary cell group (SCG) is to be activated, deactivated, or not changed, based on signaling notified from a base station device.SOLUTION: In a communication system, a terminal device determines whether information (first information) indicating whether to change the state of an SCG based on an scg-state is included in RRC signaling. If the first information is not included, the terminal device changes the state of the SCG based on whether the scg-state is included in the RRC signaling. If the first information is included, the terminal device does not change the state of the SCG based on whether the scg-state is included in the RRC signaling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
