Abstract:
To provide a terminal device and a communication method capable of improving reliability or frequency utilization efficiency in a case where transmission by beamforming is performed.SOLUTION: A terminal device comprises a reception unit 204 that receives a DMRS (Demodulation Reference Signal), DCI (Downlink Control Information) and a PDSCH (Physical Downlink Shared Channel), and a decoding unit that decodes the PDSCH. The DCI includes a transmit configuration indicator (TCI) and a DMRS antenna port number. The TCI is information indicating a space reception filter that receives the DMRS. The PDSCH includes a transport block. In a case where two TCIs are designated and a case where the DMRS antenna port number is equal to or less than a predetermined number, and in a case where the DCI includes setting of one transport block, a PDSCH transmitted from some DMRS antenna ports is received on the basis of a first TCI, and a PDSCH transmitted from the remaining DMRS antenna ports is received on the basis of a second TCI, and the one transport block is decoded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
