Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device which reduces the number of components and is capable of suppressing generation of heat in the case where a current flows.SOLUTION: A terminal seat 4 is integrally provided in a rectangular box-shaped terminal metal fitting 2. Therefore, the terminal device is conventionally formed from three components of a rectangular box-shaped terminal metal fitting, a terminal screw and a terminal seat but the terminal device can be formed from two components of the rectangular box-shaped terminal metal fitting 2 and a terminal screw 3. Therefore, the reduction in the number of components can be attained and installation into a circuit breaker is facilitated. Further, since any contact point is not present between the rectangular box-shaped terminal metal fitting 2 and the terminal seat 4, the generation of heat in the case where a current flows can be suppressed.
