PURPOSE: To save a man-hour of monitor pattern changeover and to prevent mis-operation of the operator by providing a main display means and one sub display means to a terminal equipment of an attendant board so as to expand the attendant board information quantity capable of simultaneous monitoring.
CONSTITUTION: An attendant board terminal equipment is provided with a main body equipment 1 of an attendant board terminal equipment incorporating a database, a keyboard 2 entering designation information, a main display device 3 displaying a main control pattern and a sub display device 4 displaying the designated pattern. Then attendant board information registered to an information window database 13 already is extracted by a call connection control section 12 by a command of the keyboard operation of the operator and a display interface control section 14 receives a display control signal outputted from the operator interface control section 11 and the designated attendant board information is displayed on the sub display device 4. Thus, the attendant board information quantity be able to be monitored simultaneously is expanded and a man-hour of the monitor pattern changeover by the operator is saved and mis-operation of the operator is avoided.
