By this terminal equipment 33 for a level. operation, by instructing the operation level, to the terminal equipment 34 for the level control, the light control level of the illumination load L is controlled. Then, by using one attachment frame, the terminal equipment 33 is executed along with the terminal equipment 31 for the ON/OFF operation. Thus, the space is saved. Also, since the terminal equipment 33 for the level operation does not instruct the lighting/putting-out of the illumination load L, only the terminal equipment 33 for the level operation is provided in many parts and only the light control of optical output is performed in many parts.
