Abstract:
PURPOSE:To install the approval work of a card owner in a document creating program by retrieving a seal dictionary with identification data as a key and transmitting obtained seal data to a document creating process when a seal setting button is pressed. CONSTITUTION:An ID card reader 12 reads an ID card 11, in which principal identification data are stored, and temporarily stores the data in an individual identification data memory 13. Further, a seal image 14 sealed by a principal is stored in a seal memory 16, and when a seal registering button 17 is pressed, a seal data storing mechanism 18 adds the identification data in the memory 13 to the seal data in the memory 16 and stores the seal data in a seal dictionary 19. Thereafter, when a seal setting button 21 is pressed, a seal data retrieving mechanism 22 retrieves the dictionary 19 and transmits the detected seal to a document creating program 30. Thus, the card owner can execute the approval work in the executing process of the document creating program.
