To improve the yield of a flexible substrate.SOLUTION: A terminal-equipped flexible substrate 12 includes a flexible substrate 30 having flexibility and a plurality of terminals 20. The flexible substrate 30 is formed so as to extend in the longitudinal direction, and includes a plurality of conductive paths 31. The plurality of terminals 20 includes a conductive path connecting portion 22 connected to the conductive path 31, and a terminal connecting portion 21 that extends from the conductive path connecting portion 22 in the extending direction and is connected to the mating terminal 15. In a state in which the longitudinal direction of the flexible substrate 30 and the extending direction of the plurality of terminals 20 intersect, the plurality of terminals 20 are arranged on the flexible substrate 30, and the plurality of terminals 20 are arranged in a plurality of stages in a state in which the flexible substrate 30 is folded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
