Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of rubber of a rubbder bushing and to prevent the breakdown of an insulator and the leakage of water by forming glass fiber reinforced plastic ring (GFRP) for supporting the bushing to a terminal lead. CONSTITUTION:A polyethylene wire 20 is molded with GFRP90 so as to extend from the wiring portion of a metal jig 40 as projected from the flange surface out of a motor body and to bond to the inner cylindrical surface of a flange at one position. A gap between the GFRP90 and the flange 10 is filled with rubber 80, and two O-rings 60 are provided at the sealing surfaces with the flange 10. When thus constructed, even if the rubber itself is exerted by the pressure water in the motor, it is not flown into the atmosphere out of the flange since the GFRP90 is disposed, thereby improving the contact between the GFRP90 and the flange 10 and completing the prevention of the impregnation of the pressure water to the atmosphere.
