Abstract:

To attain the control in simultaneous consideration of the water distribution terminal pressure at two points of a water pipe network and also to attain the proper control the water distribution terminal pressure even when the water is supplied to the water pipe network from two areas.

The target discharge pressure value arithmetic means 21 and 24 calculate the 1st pressure deviation between the 1st water distribution terminal pressured and its set value and the 2nd pressure deviation between the 2nd water distribution terminal pressure and its set value respectively. Then the means 21 and 24 calculate the correction value for the target discharge pressure value from the fuzzy inference value that is decided by the combination of 1st and 2nd pressure deviation and based on the fuzzy rules of the fuzzy rule tables 23 and 26 respectively. The distributing pump rotational frequency control means 22 and 25 control the rotational frequency of the distributing pumps to set their discharge pressure at every target value.
