Abstract:

To enhance separation strength within a safety zone, since though a synthetic resin terminal member integrally molded in an end part of a shield outer casing having an outer diameter less than 4 mm used for a control cable, has a predetermined value (300 N) or more in the separation strength from the shield outer casing, a safety degree of the value is little and separation takes place in a valve extremely near to the predetermined value.

This invention is characterized in that its angle is at least 90 degrees to the axis of a shield outer, by applying flare processing (5) to a terminal of the shield outer before integrally molding a synthetic resin terminal member in a terminal of a thin material shield outer for the control cable.
