Abstract:
PURPOSE:To change easily a control program, to prevent the line from going down when an internal processor goes down and to improve maintenance and reliability by setting a special mode to an each-line corresponding part unit by a command of a high-order processor. CONSTITUTION:At the initial setting time, a high-order microprocessor 1 sets each line corresponding part 10-1-n to a special mode by a command. Thus, low-order microprocessors 6-1-n go to a halt condition, and a high-order microprocessor bus 4 and low-order microprocessor buses 9-1-n are directly linked. In such a condition, the program can be written and read directly from the processor 1 to memory parts 7-1-n, a control program necessary to each line corresponding part is read from an external memory device 12, and thereafter, the program can be loaded freely. For each line interface circuit, the processor 1 can be directly accessed. Thus, the control program can be easily changed, the line can be prevented from going down and the maintenance and reliability can be improved.
