Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid rubbing of an extended end part of an inner wire extending from an outer end of an outer cable onto an inner peripheral surface of a metal end piece, and to prevent damage to the inner wire caused by the rubbing by fully ensuring pull strength from the outer cable of an end piece in a terminal structure of a Boden cable.SOLUTION: An end piece E is made of a complex of a metal end piece body 20 caulked to one end part 2a of an outer cable 2 and a guide cylindrical part 21 that includes an external thread part 21s for mounting to a support member 31 at an outer periphery and is made of a synthetic resin fixed to an end part 20a at a side separated from the outer cable 2 of the end piece body 20, and an extended end part 1e extending from an outer end 2ae of the outer cable of an inner wire 1 is taken out to the outside through the inside of the guide cylindrical part 21 from the inside of the end piece body 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
