To improve an insulation property.SOLUTION: A terminal unit 30 includes: a plate-like base part 40; a plate-like insulation part 51 and a fitting insulation part 52 that cover a plate surface of the base part; a terminal 70 extending in a Z-axis direction which is a direction crossing the plate surface of the base part 40 and extending through the base part 40 and the plate-like insulation part 51; and an upper cylindrical insulation part 53 extending from the plate-like insulation part 51 in the Z-axis direction and covering a side surface of the terminal 70.
