Abstract:
To measure received quality appropriately. A user terminal according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a receiving section that receives a reference signal in one or more reference signal resources for a measurement of a channel state; and a measurement section that measures a first received power of the reference signal and a second received power in radio resources associated with the one or more reference signal resources, wherein the measurement section derives received quality of a cell, based on the first received power and the second received power.
