Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an inner surface of a connector housing from being damaged, by preventing a lower edge of a coupling wall from being brought into contact with the inner surface.SOLUTION: A terminal 10 comprises: a square cylinder part 21 consisting of a bottom wall 21A, a pair of side walls 21B that are formed by rising from both side edges of the bottom wall 21A, and a ceiling wall 21C that is arranged at a position facing the bottom wall 21B; a contact part 22 which is provided inside of the square cylinder part 21 and formed by being folded from a front edge of the bottom wall 21A; a front cover wall 30 which is provided in a front end of the square cylinder part 21 and arranged at such a position that a folding portion 22D of the contact part 22 is covered from a front side; a protruding part 31 which is provided at a lower edge of the front covering wall 30 and formed to protrude to a position where the protruding part overlaps the bottom wall 21A in a longitudinal direction; and a coupling wall 32 which is flush with the side walls 21B, provided at a such a position that the front covering wall 30 and the side walls 21B are coupled, and located higher than a lower end of the protruding part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
