Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminated electric wire for a rotary electric machine which is configured simple and improves a strength or reliability.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a terminated electric wire 30 for a rotary electric machine which is inserted into a slot formed in a stator 5 of the rotary electric machine to form a coil 13 and comprising a terminal 35 including a connection hole 33. The terminated electric wire comprises multiple flat wires 31 whose ends are extended outside of the slot to form the terminal 35. In each of the ends of the multiple flat wires 31, a seating face formation part 43, in which the flat wire 31 is bent in a circumferential direction of the connection hole 33, is provided in a state where a principal surface 31a of the flat wire 31 is turned in an axial direction of the connection hole 33. A seating face part 37 of the terminal 35 is formed from the seating face formation parts 43 of the multiple flat wires 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
