Abstract:
To provide a termination circuit that can measure a DUT(Device Under Test) while coping with both connected/disconnected states of the termination resistors of the termination circuit depending on a test condition of the DUT.
A relay 16 is connected between ground (GND) and one-side terminals of the termination resistors R14, R15 of the termination circuit 10. A control circuit 17 applies ON/OFF switching to the relay 16 depending on the control signal received by the control circuit 17.
