PURPOSE: To connect terminators with the both edges of a signal bus without making a user to consider it.
CONSTITUTION: The other SCSI equipment is connected with an upper connecting connector 21 or a lower connecting connector 22 of a SCSI equipment 20. Then, an upper connection detecting part 23 is connected with an upper signal outputting part 25 of the other SCSI equipment, or a lower connection detecting part 26 is connected with a lower signal outputting part 24 of the other SCSI equipment. When only one is connected, a terminator control signal PD from a terminator control signal preparing part 27 is turned non-active, and the terminator is connected with an SCSI bus 29 by an active terminator 28. When both of them are connected, the terminator control signal PD is turned active, and the terminator is separated from the SCSI bus 29.
