This terrestrial heat exchanging device has the metallic buried pipe 1 buried in the ground and the metallic pipe 2 arranged in the buried pipe 1 and being the flow passage of heat medium. A non-electrical conductive separator 3 is provided between the pipe 2 and the inner face of the buried pipe 1 to prevent the pipe 2 from coming into contact with the inner face of the buried pipe 1.
