To provide test equipment, a test system, and a program capable of improving the efficiency of an interface test.SOLUTION: Test equipment of the embodiment includes: a test determination database generation unit that generates a test determination database including test items by using a sequence diagram database that shows the connection status of multiple devices that make up the plant and a status/failure display table database that shows correspondence between the operating status of multiple devices and fault indications; an execution program generation unit that generates an execution program that causes a controller controlling multiple devices to perform tests corresponding to the test items by using the test determination database, and transmits the execution program to the controller; a history data acquisition unit that acquires history data related to operation according to the test executed by the execution program; and a determination unit for determining inconsistencies between the history data and the test determination database based on the history data and the test determination database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
