To enable TAB test equipment which judges pieces by their images and punches a hole, in an NG piece to punch a hole efficiently in each of NG pieces which are continuous due to flaws, printing failures, etc.

The TAB test equipment is equipped with a transfer means of transferring TAB, an image acquisition means for acquiring each piece of TAB as an image, a judging means for judging whether the piece is good or not on the basis for its image, and a punching means for punching a hole in an NG piece. A viewing station visually judges whether a piece following the NG piece is an NG piece or not when the NG piece that has been judged NG by the judging means is transferred, an NG range input means is provided which inputs information as to a range in which NG pieces continue, and the transfer means transfers the NG piece judged by the judging means to the viewing station. After the information as to an NG range is inputted, the NG pieces present within the inputted range are successively and continuously transferred to a punching position, and the punching means punches a hole continuously in each of the NG pieces which are successively transferred.
