To develop test equipment free from noise and vibration in changing from a high-temperature state to a low-temperature state by improving test equipment using a Stirling refrigerating machine.
A mounting table 6, a cooling tube (auxiliary cooling device) 7 and a heating plate 8 are disposed inside of a test tank 2. The mounting table 6 is provided with a cylinder charging cylindrical portion 11 at its back face side. The cooling tube (auxiliary cooling device) 7 is started when the mounting table 6 is in a high-temperature state, and an operation of the Stirling refrigerating machine 3 is started to lower a temperature of the mounting table to assist cooling performance of the Stirling refrigerating machine. The auxiliary cooling device 7 is stopped under a condition that the temperature of the mounting table 6 is lowered to a situation near a room temperature.
