Abstract:
To provide a test method of a recess and dent on a vehicle body surface that is easy to operate and high in accuracy.SOLUTION: The test method includes the steps of: matching fixing constraint points of a front cover, a back cover, a door, and a white body with those by CAE analysis by adjusting a constraint jig based on a constraint standard with respect to a degree of flexibility of the front cover, the back cover, the door, and the white body in a dent resistance test during CAE analysis; installing an electrically driven bending load cylinder and a sensor, arranging the electrically driven bending load cylinder based on a position and number of load points in a bending rigidity test during the CAE analysis, and arranging the electrically driven bending load cylinder based on a position and number of deformations at a measured point in the bending rigidity test during the CAE analysis; performing load test on the front cover, the back cover, the door, and the white body by applying a load; and stopping the device in a reverse sequence of starting after detecting that the device is normal after test completion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
