This test piece manufacturing machine includes: a cutting part 6 having a rotary blade 7 rotatively driven by a rotary driving source the cut surface of which is vertical; and a pipe holding part 10 moved forward and backward to the rotary blade to cut the pipe which has a function of laying a welded pipe in the horizontal direction and fixing it in a position X close to the rotary blade 7, a function of laying the welded pipe in the horizontal direction and fixing it in a position Y slightly away from the rotary blade frow the position X and a function of erecting the welded pipe in the vertical direction and fixing it in the position X, wherein the cutting part 6 and the pipe holding part 10 are housed in one transparent case.
