Abstract:
To provide a method and a reagent which easily detect and measure autoimmune diseases and infectious diseases without causing pain in patients.
The method and the reagent for using urine of patients of autoimmune diseases and infectious diseases as a sample and detecting an antibody or an antigen corresponding to a disease by immunoreaction are provided. Renal diseases or IgA nephropathy is specified as the autoimmune diseases and the infectious diseases. IgA is specified as the antibody, and NC1 is specified as the antigen. Ape urine can be used for a measuring reagent as a positive control in a detection method by immunoreaction.
