Abstract:
To provide a structure enabling communication between each module by a safe and reliable method.
This test system 100 capable of integrating a plurality of modules 108 enabling supply of a test signal to a device to be tested is equipped with a deliverer 150 functioning as an interface when communicating between prescribed two modules. The deliverer 150 has a function for delivering a signal received from one module A between the prescribed two modules to the other module B. The test system 100 is equipped with a module setting file 130 for setting a connection relation between the modules 108, and the test system 100 generates the deliverer 150 based on a content specified in the module setting file 130.
