PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively process a specific measurement value.SOLUTION: A charging/discharging test system 10 includes: an AC power source 14 for supplying a power for a charging/discharging test; a charging/discharging test unit 18 for charging or discharging a battery 12 to be tested, and for measuring physical quantity related to the battery 12 to be tested; and a control device 50 for controlling the charging/discharging test unit 18. The control device 50 includes: an acquisition part for acquiring the measurement value of the physical quantity such as currents from a measurement part 30 via an information processing part 20; an arithmetic part for performing an arithmetic operation for filtering on the basis of the change rate of the measurement value; a determination part for determining the validity of measurement data; and a threshold adjustment part for adjusting a threshold to be used for determination in accordance with the fluctuation tendency of the measurement data.
