Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily store and control a flow meter on the basis of a quality information by sensing the discrimination information concerning the flow meter through one CCD camera and testing the flow meter through its image processing.
SOLUTION: A CCD camera moving automatically in three-dimensional directions of X, Y and Z reads in sequence the indications of a plurality of water meters which are placed on a pallet of water-through testing table. According to the obtained values, an I/O computing device 27 calculates the differences among the respective meters. Then the judgment result (accepted or rejected) is indicated on a control panel 38. A rejection mark is adhered to a rejected product by a marking unit.
