Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a head-on collision to be executed by running two test vehicles in an offset state and moreover without swinging.
SOLUTION: On the top part of a base plate 13 with nearly a triangle shape in a ground plan, a hook part H is provided to hook a wire rope W2 for connection. A base part 13a, facing the top part provided with the hook part H, is attached detachably to a skater S1. Even when each running line center CL2, CL2' of the two test vehicles T and T' is offset from centers CL1 and CL1' (running line center of the skater S1) of width direction of each guide rail G, each hook part H is arranged on the running line centers CL2 and CL2' of the two test vehicles.
