A testing service system is provided with; facilities preparing testing-kits in which testing kits the person for the medical examination can receive are installed; testing institutions which carry out testing on the specimen; a testing-service firm which is the operator and manager of the testing service system; and a cellular phone firm which collects charges for the testing on behalf of the testing-service firm. The testing-service firm provides a cellular phone of a person for the medical examination with test results and information on medical institutions.
