Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an efficiency of a cold heat source including an evaporator of a refrigerant for cooling a TBAB aqueous solution.SOLUTION: A TBAB aqueous solution containing tetra-n-butylammonium bromide capable of generating a hydrate slurry exchanges heat with a refrigerant by a heat exchanger. When the refrigerant flowing from an inflow port to an outflow port of the heat exchanger is evaporated, the TBAB aqueous solution is cooled by evaporation heat of the refrigerant, and a hydrate slurry is generated. The TBAB aqueous solution is adjusted in a vicinity range of a congruent melting point concentration. The congruent melting point concentration is a concentration giving a congruent melting point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
