The textile component 1 includes a first fiber member 11 containing a collagen fiber member 110 and a second fiber member 12 containing no collagen fiber member 110. An external surface of the first fiber member 11 and an external surface of the second fiber member 12 are sewn together in their longitudinal direction. The second fiber member 12 contains elastic fiber. The first fiber member 11 and the second fiber member 12 are sewn together in the proportion of one to one. The collagen fiber member 110 contains a collagen molecule 112 and a fiber 111. The collagen molecule 112 are bound to the fiber 111 through a binding site of the fiber 111. The fiber 111 and the collagen molecule 112 are bound by immersing the fiber 111 in a collagen solution at 60-70°C and agitating. The first fiber member 11 contains 8-12% of collagen molecule.
