Abstract:
To provide a woven label having less stimulation to the skin, even if heat cut and high frequency cutting are performed during the manufacturing process of the weaving name.SOLUTION: In the woven name, at least one direction of the warp and weft directions is of acetate fiber. It is preferable that at least one of the upper and lower sides or the left and right sides are cut in a high frequency, that either the upper and lower sides or the left and right side are heat-cut, and that the total fineness of the acetate fiber is 30 to 180 dtex. The method of producing a woven name includes at least one of polyester fiber and acetate fiber, and the weft is of acetate fiber, and the weft is cut with a high frequency while weaving, and then the warp is cut by heat cut.SELECTED DRAWING: None
